Returns & exchanges policy<\/h3><\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”0.2em”]
[vc_column_text el_class=”hydravgis-p”]At Hydravgis<\/strong>, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with our products and services. For this reason, we offer the option to return or exchange products under the terms outlined below.<\/p>\n

1. Right of Withdrawal (Product Return within 14 Days)<\/h3>\n

The customer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of receipt, without the obligation to provide a reason.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:<\/p>\n

  • The product must be in its original condition, without any damage.<\/li>\n
  • It must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.<\/li>\n
  • It must be accompanied by all accessories, user manuals, and any promotional gifts.<\/li>\n
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Products that have been used or opened in a way that affects their resale value are not accepted<\/strong> (e.g. water filters that have come into contact with water).<\/p>\n

    2. Return Procedure<\/h3>\n

    Prior contact with our customer service department via email or phone<\/strong> is required for return approval.<\/p>\n

    The customer is responsible for:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • the return shipping costs, and<\/li>\n
    • ensuring safe and proper packaging of the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Refunds<\/h3>\n

      After inspection and approval of the returned product, the refund will be issued:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • using the same payment method used for the original order,<\/li>\n
      • within 10 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or due to <\/span>a defective product.<\/p>\n

        4. Defective or Incorrect Products<\/h3>\n

        If you receive a defective product or an incorrect shipment:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Hydravgis<\/strong> covers all return shipping costs, and<\/li>\n
        • an immediate replacement or full refund is provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Non-Returnable Products<\/h3>\n

          For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted<\/strong> for:<\/p>\n

          • water filters that have been used or the packagining has been<\/span> opened,<\/li>\n
          • products that have been custom-made or specially modified upon order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Order cancellation policy<\/h3><\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”0.2em”]
            [vc_column_text el_class=”hydravgis-p”]Customers may cancel their order under the following conditions:<\/p>\n

            1. Cancellation Before Shipment<\/h3>\n

            If the order has not yet been shipped, it can be canceled:<\/p>\n

              \n
            • by phone, or<\/li>\n
            • by sending an email to our customer service department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              In this case, an immediate refund is issued (if payment has already been completed).<\/p>\n

              2. Cancellation After Shipment<\/h3>\n

              If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation is treated as a product return and all terms of the Returns Policy<\/strong> apply.<\/p>\n

              The customer may:<\/p>\n

                \n
              • refuse delivery by the courier, or<\/li>\n
              • accept the delivery and return the product within 14 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error by the company.<\/p>\n

                3. Cancellation Due to Product Unavailability<\/h3>\n

                In rare cases where a product appears available but cannot be delivered:<\/p>\n

                • Hydravgis<\/strong> will promptly inform the customer, and will issue a full refund or propose an alternative solution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
