Returns & exchanges policy
At Hydravgis, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with our products and services. For this reason, we offer the option to return or exchange products under the terms outlined below.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Product Return within 14 Days)
The customer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without the obligation to provide a reason.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, without any damage.
- It must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.
- It must be accompanied by all accessories, user manuals, and any promotional gifts.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.
Products that have been used or opened in a way that affects their resale value are not accepted (e.g. water filters that have come into contact with water).
2. Return Procedure
Prior contact with our customer service department via email or phone is required for return approval.
The customer is responsible for:
- the return shipping costs, and
- ensuring safe and proper packaging of the product.
3. Refunds
After inspection and approval of the returned product, the refund will be issued:
- using the same payment method used for the original order,
- within 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or due to a defective product.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect shipment:
- Hydravgis covers all return shipping costs, and
- an immediate replacement or full refund is provided.
5. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for:
- water filters that have been used or the packagining has been opened,
- products that have been custom-made or specially modified upon order.
Order cancellation policy
Customers may cancel their order under the following conditions:
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
If the order has not yet been shipped, it can be canceled:
- by phone, or
- by sending an email to our customer service department.
In this case, an immediate refund is issued (if payment has already been completed).
2. Cancellation After Shipment
If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation is treated as a product return and all terms of the Returns Policy apply.
The customer may:
- refuse delivery by the courier, or
- accept the delivery and return the product within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error by the company.
3. Cancellation Due to Product Unavailability
In rare cases where a product appears available but cannot be delivered:
- Hydravgis will promptly inform the customer, and will issue a full refund or propose an alternative solution.
