For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part) you should contact us at telephone number +30 2510224411 and confirm your decision by e-mail at email@example.com. You can cancel your order until the time we inform you about the shipment of your order. After this time limit there is no possibility of cancellation. Orders that remain pending due to lack of communication on the part of the customer or due to incorrect information that was provided by the customer, at the end of 5 (five) working days are automatically canceled. Orders with selected method of payment by bank deposit that remain unpaid for more than 5 (five) working days are canceled.
Return or exchange of products
Any return or change of the purchased products is made only after a telephone consultation at telephone +30 2510224411 and in parallel with sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the name and the order number. The customer has the right to return the product(s) within the period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issuance of the purchase receipt for the product. The transport cost for returning the product is at customer expense. The product must be accompanied by the relevant transaction receipt (Retail Receipt or Invoice – Delivery Note). Returns are only accepted if the products that the customer wishes to return are intact and in the exact same condition in which they were sent to the customer, i.e. without being un-sealed (removal of protective plastic film) and/or without damage or breach of their packaging.
The refund is equal to the cost of the returned products and the amount will be refunded in the same way that the product was paid for, provided that the product has been returned and received at our headquarters. The refund will be completed within 10 working days from the date that the products will be received at our headquarters.
The cost of returning the products is borne by the customer (the product is shipped at the customer’s risk) unless the return became necessary due to a mistake or omission of the company.
Any product that has been damaged, or whose packaging has been damaged or is breached will not be compensated.

In case one of our products is not immediately available, we will contact you by phone or e-mail within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the order, informing you of the date that the product can be delivered to you.
In addition, product availability is indicative and non-binding.
